We are a conference designed for middle and high schoolers, who are both new to model UN and have extensive competitive experience. This is a learning conference, and all students of all skill and experience levels are encouraged to participate.

Our committees follow general parlimentary procedure. If your students are unfamiliar with basic parlimentary procedure, we strongly recommend that advisors provide them with basic training before the conference. Please feel free to reach out to AbbeyMUN for training resources.

While the AbbeyMUN conference may be new, Portsmouth Abbey School is not new to Model United Nations by any means. In fact, the Abbey is proud to consistently rank as a top 100 MUN program in the country, and our students travel to numerous conferences across the northeastern U.S. to compete. The distinguised delegates of Portsmouth Abbey Model UN are extremely excited for the opportunity to host the first AbbeyMUN conference! We look forward to seeing you there!

Portsmouth Abbey's Model UN team is open to all Abbey students, and many of them go on to win awards at prestegious conferences, like BOSMUN, BUSUN and CMUNC, among others, throughout the year. Our students have extensive successful experience in all types of committees, from General Assemblies to Crisis, and we are looking forward to offering diverse committees and topics which will appeal to all kinds of delegates.
